  2. Soon I will be doing a make over for my 2 daughter's bedroom, my 4 year old wants to share a room with my 1 year old, I love Princess and Fairy themes :) So I would probly purchase anything with that sort of theme for my 2 little princess's, also alot of my friends daughters LOVE DORA, so you could probly try something like that? Hope this helps :) x

  3. I quite like the simple designs - my theory is they would then grow with the child into a teen and always work with the room.

  4. I like the idea of simple themes too. I like stripes, and polka dots. Depending really. So some coloured themes of three or four complimentary, where you can choose to alternate the background and stripe/dot colours would be good.

  8. I am inlove with the vintage look at the moment! Gorgeous Olive Greens, Creams, Browns , Lilacs, Pastels Etc. At the moment I am doing my nursery and was trying to think what suits both girl or boy but can add little colours to show the difference! So just like our wedding we are doing Olive Green / Chocolate Brown and Ivory with Soft Purple as we already know it's a girl. Would love to see a Vintage Diary with gorgeous lace and these 3 main colours! So girly yet absolutely elegant!

  16. For me, I love classic, elegant, antique looks (Damask prints, whites, soft greys etc)..

For my little girl, I love polka dots, stripes, with pastel candy colours (turquioses, pinks..)

For my boys I love reds, blues, whites (stripes, stars etc).

I think those styles 'grow' well with kids as they become older, and don't out date as much.
